公司简介


  "Harbin Hafei Airbus Composite Manufacturing Centre Company Limited" is a joint venture firm which was established by Hafei group plus its partners and Airbus China. The purpose to found this JV Company is to create a centre of manufacturing composite material parts and components for Airbus A350 XWB and the A320 Families, and to participate in the industrialization and batch production for other existing and future Airbus aircraft programmes. The Manufacturing Centre applies Airbus standards and procedures to meet Airbus technical and quality requirements. The staffs have to be trained according to Airbus standards and requirements. The company is located in Harbin Development Zone.
  "哈尔滨哈飞空客复合材料制造中心有限公司"为哈飞集团及其合作伙伴与空客中国合资设立,设立合资公司的目的是在哈尔滨建立一家制造中心,为空客A350 XWB 及空客A320系列飞机制造复合材料零部件,以及参与其他现行及未来空客飞机项目的工业化及批量生产。制造中心采用空客生产工艺及流程,产品满足空客的质量要求,员工按空客要求进行培训。公司设立在哈尔滨开发区。

1.成本控制专员

Description:

职位描述:

Support on calculation and analysis of product cost, lay out the related report

计算分析生产成本,制作相关报表

Responsible for production standard hours and actual working hours analysis

生产标准工时及实际工时的分析

 Responsible for provide the internal quotation

负责提供内部报价

Responsible for sales order price checking and ensure the price align with contract signed with customer

负责销售订单价格查询及确保合同价格一致

 Support and review the financial clauses on contract of  the call for tender progress

审查招标合同财务条款

GENERAL COMPETENCIES/SKILLS REQUIRED

技能要求

MS office software, especially on excel  

熟练使用办公软件,特别是Excel

Must CET-4, CET-6 is preferred  

必须通过CET-4,通过CET-6优先

 Communication skills of writing&spoken in both Chinese and English

英语口语及书面英文熟练,沟通能力强

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

学历要求

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or financial management is required

2. Secretary 秘书

POSITION SUMMARY

Assistant of GM/DGM to facilitate their daily management

协助总经理/副总经理处理日常事务

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Plan the daily agenda of the GM/DGM;

计划总经理/副总经理日程安排

Supporting the GM/DGM to manage his daily agenda (i.e. prepare meetings, draft presentations);

协助总经理/副总经理处理日常事务(如会议准备,起草讲演稿)

Internal organization and preparation of external visits to MC;

针对外部来访客人的内部协调及准备。

Organize and arrange regular management meeting and other executive meetings & do minutes;

组织安排日常管理会议及其他行政会议等。

Arrange reception for important guests of MC;

安排重要客人的接待。

Take charge of dispatching and filing notices and documents from GM Office to all functions负责发布归档总经办发至各部门的通知及文件。

Other things GM /DGM require.

其他总经理/副总经理交代的事项。

GENERAL COMPETENCIES/SKILLS REQUIRED

Must

1.Good English skills (oral and written)

口语及书面英语熟练

2.Skills of organizing, problem solving, interpersonal communication

有组织能力,处理问题能力,内部沟通能力

3.Skills of Microsoft Office

3.HR企业文化和沟通交流实习生

岗位职责:主要协助负责人做企业文化和内部沟通交流工作,还有部分相关的人力资源工作。

 

任职要求:本科及以上在校学生,或者能接受实习的都可。

周一至周五上班,周六周日休息。实习津贴每月1600,上下班有通勤车,提供免费午餐。

 

注:本岗位不是全职岗位,只是实习类岗位。



1.按规定时间、地点持本人学生证和毕业生推荐表进入会场。

2.听从会场工作人员的指导。

3.注意保持会场的环境卫生。

4.注意自己的言行举止,展示我校毕业生的良好形象。
